Location is convenient. Noise level is okay except when people are in the unit upstairs - you hear everything (walking and movements). Complex is tired. Unit 105 is worn, very dated, and very tired. Aesthetically sad; furniture appears to be randomly chosen from garage sales. I didn't use the couch as it appeared to be something from a college dormitory in the 1990s. The chairs have indentations from age and use. Verical blinds? Cleanliness: Bed frames with caked-on dust, old hard mattresses. If aesthetics, coziness, and comfort are important to you for your beach getaway, I don't recommend this unit. p.s. the TV boasts basic cable, which is fine; however, it is impossible to get even the network channels. The system should include instructions and/or be simplified. Cannot comment on service, it's a condo so there is none. Value not worth it in my humble opinion.

I don't think a 5 star review is high enough! We loved how clean the room and property were. It was so quiet and peaceful. The management was always so prompt to respond if we had any questions. Perfect distance to shops and grocery stores that didn't deplete your funds! The view was amazing! The pool was amazing. The workout room was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again if it was just 2 of us again.

We stayed here a week on our first trip to Hawaii. Kona coast vacations was great at communicating with us. The condo was very large and had everything we needed. The only reason I have it 4 instead of 5 is because it’s dated and much in need of remodeling.
