Island Sands Resort by Condominium Rentals Hawaii

Great location as it is near the harbor for catching ferries, and we did the day trip over to Lanai and back. Within walking distance of the launch area, but we drove and parked (there is a fee) as it was dark ( in January) for the first ferry to Lanai. Our 6th floor room had great ocean side views- we saw whales morning and early evening, a local canoe club of perhaps 30 boats go by, and I am sure great sunsets! Building and room was dated so some wear and tear. Note : we asked that they fix/ replace 2 lampshades in our room for next guests and they did it that same day.

The only thing we weren't told was you have to buy your own T.P. Of course we left to buy. The unit 202 had lizards of some sort. Even a baby one. There lucky they weren't charged for staying there with us. Ha ha ha.

Perfect views, perfect location...you can walk to a number of good restaurants and all the excursions you could want. Comfortable accommodations. Our host was amazing. The pool area was never crowded and was a great place to get plenty of sun.
