PROS - Nice grounds Pleasant for sunning & whale watching Very easy walks to 2 nice beaches Very nice bay view from the lanai Comfortable beds Well equipped kitchen Roof top tables & multiple clean grills Shopping & restaurants are just across the street Elevator is always timely Check in/out very easy Cons - Grounds are nice, but not immaculate care Parking is for one vehicle AC provides barely enough cooling & is in only one bedroom There are minor sounds from units above when furniture is sliding After many fees/taxes $850/night!

Have stayed in many condos. Royal Mauian 517 is a lovely well decorated facing the ocean. Would highly recommend it.

Roaches. German roaches. Do not stay here. The property manager did refund two nights, and said that the roaches came out because they had sprayed. I do not think that is the case with cockroaches, but it was pretty distressing to be around.
