Maui Parkshore

Stayed in unit 306 for the first two weeks in December. Central location right across from the beach, busy, loud area. The Lifeguard is very vocal on the mega phone all day long. Nice and helpfull resident manager. The unit is outdated and run down, peeling paint on baseboards. Mildew smelling dish cloths and mismatched old dishes in kitchen. Upon turning on the ceiling fan in twin room, we were showered in dust bunnies. The twin beds were uncomfortable with wornout sheets. Both bedroom ceiling fans were loud for sleeping. There were renovation materials, tiles, paint cans in both closet's. The hair dryer only blew cold air and 2 of the portable fans did not work.

Great location with excellent views and central to everything you will need on this side of the island. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. They must be under new management, as Lisa went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Mahalo!!

This is our 3rd time staying at the Maui Parkshore but first time with the new management of Lisa Sue and we can’t express enough how lovely and amazing she is! The property is beautifully kept. The pool is always clean and a great size for the number of units in the building. The BBQ area is always spick and span and a great place to meet others staying here . We felt very welcome as a family with 2 young kids (3 and 5 years). We found everyone here to be so friendly and kind! Great location right across from Kamaole III. Beautiful large lanai’s on every unit. We plan to come back here for many years to come! Photo is view from lanai of unit 204.
