We Found many Ants in room other than that pleasant stay and location can’t beat ! Our daughters loved playing outside our lanai great location close to hikes and trails in Hana. Disliked restaurant is across street and not open all day inside hotel breakfast was great. Bathroom needs updating cracks and leaks causing bugs to get inside

Our room was below standard- the bathroom ceiling had peeling/chipping paint, there were dirty spots on the bathroom floor that I cleaned myself upon arrival, the toilet seat was discolored and needed to be replaced, and the screen door to the patio needed to be repaired as it was off the track/difficult to maneuver. For over $600/night, I expected higher quality. The room was very basic (no TV, no full length mirror, minimalistic decor) which I believe is intentional. Being in a beautiful place like Hana, you're not meant to be in your room; you're meant to be out exploring, so I get that. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated that there was no carpet flooring. The grounds are well maintained with stunning views. The infinity pool was amazing, as was the complimentary morning yoga and sound meditation overlooking the ocean. Other than our server at breakfast (who was not friendly or attentive), the staff we encountered were all very pleasant, genuine and helpful. Obviously the high price point is for the remote location, lack of supply, and the stunning views.

Rooms outdated and dilapidated. Found a bug . Mosquitoes. One room had portable aircon unit which meant window didn’t have shades so lack of privacy. Not up to standard for a Hyatt property. Would not stay again although grounds were pretty. Room not cleaned .
