Don’t allow third party booking if you aren’t going to update third party sites. I booked this hotel through priceline. When I arrived they did not have my reservation. When the front desk looked into they said that third party sites do not communicate with them. When I called priceline they said that the hotel over booked and didn’t tell them. Then the hotel canceled the booking from their end this morning-leaving me to have to fight with priceline for my refund. I’ve had reasonable stays at this hotel before but this total lack of accountability was unprofessional.

I did not choose to stay here. A medical emergency diverted our plane and the airline put us up here. Worst hotel room EVER (and I have stayed at Motel 6). The room was so small, we were tripping over our luggage and there were holes in the sheets. The deadbolt was broken and the two beds were completely different heights. It seemed like it was a closet where they stored their broken stuff. I know the airline probably doesn't pay them much, but they should be ashamed!

Choose the hotel for its proximity to shopping centre and it was certainly convenient. Decided to try the breakfast buffet which turned out to be so good we had it every day of our stay. The pool area was nice and the gym extremely well equipped. The room Was basic and clean and serviced daily. The shower was hot and the amenities provided very nice. Not a five star hotel but would definitely stay I. This hotel again. If you want to be in Waikiki this is not the hotel for you but for shopping and access to Ala Moana Beach Park it is ideal.
