Aqua Bamboo

Arrived early, no welcome or?? Put my suitcases in storage. Came back, different unwelcoming staff. Gave me room key just left, me standing there, i had to ask what room and how to get there. Got to my room, slipped on wet floor, rang reception with no answer. Went down and told him. He came up soon after with one towel. Wiped floor with towel and then the fridge. The fridge had been defrosting but not turned back on. I went to wipe fridge out, no dishcloth, so used towels. Water from tray in fridge went everywhere. I went down again asked about dishcloth and teatowel to dry dishes. Man didnt know what i was talking about, he said house keeping would come next day. Balcony is tiny, 1 chair. Room very basic and in need of a redo. Very dark, even with lights on. Clothes hang next to kitchen!!Beside lamps dont work. Closed the blind to sleep and could see the lights from street. Also from front door light was coming in re the door very old and not?? Noise was very loud. I did get towels left at my door, but no dishcloth to wipe benches, or teatowel to dry dishes. No plug for the sink. I got this room so i could cook. Asked help from staff again, with no real response.

Great location. The hotel was clean. My girl friend did not like the bed because was to soft. Maybe a new bed is due its soft.

Amazing atmosphere, great staff, the juice at the bar by the pool was so good, and the food was amazing! The hostess behind the bar was also very kind.
