BEST WESTERN PLUS COTTONTREE I

This was a very clean hotel with quite large rooms! We didn’t have the breakfast but stayed here for 2 nights. The pool was great and very clean. We just had no problems at all and had a nice stay!

From one General Manager to another property: SARAH is an absolute standout in hospitality. We checked in a little after 11:00 PM, exhausted from a long day of travel, and SARAH single‑handedly transformed our night. Her warmth, professionalism, and effortless command of guest service set the tone for our entire stay. It takes a lot to impress someone who works in this industry every day, but SARAH did exactly that. She greeted us with genuine kindness, handled our check‑in quickly and flawlessly, and made us feel like valued guests rather than late‑night arrivals. That level of care is rare, and it speaks volumes about her dedication and pride in her work. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and clearly well‑maintained — but it was SARAH who made the stay memorable. Her service alone is enough to make us choose this hotel again without hesitation. Thank you, SARAH, for an exceptional experience. Because of you, we will absolutely be back.

This hotel was newly renovated. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our breakfast experience was not so good. The scrambled eggs were very overcooked. Could not eat them. If they would pay more attention to their hot food items at breakfast, this would’ve been an enjoyable stay.
