Pinecrest Inn Idaho Falls

We were billed for smoking in the rooms when we are smokers, but we never smoked in the room we’re adults and we have respect we stay in hotels all the time and during our travels to Las Vegas. We stayed there for one night and we were billed for smoking in the room When I addressed the management about it they called me a liar and hung up on me and now refused to answer any of my phone calls. I would steer clear this place 100% because the management will not do you any justice and they will accuse you of things that you’ve not done

The Lodge Falls Hotel should be condemned by the state of Idaho BBB, Governor's Office, and the United Nations. The hotel is not fit for war refugees or immigrants. Broken windows in hallway and no electricity in my room for lights, hallway carpet was filthy, bed linen not cleaned, absolutely no safety to outside doors - basically open to public.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!!! I arrived around noon and asked if a room was ready she said no and to come back around two and it should be ready. I came back around 2pm and it wasn’t ready so I waited. She got me checked in and I went up to room only to find disinfectant still sitting on nightstand. Carpets were NASTY and the bedding had holes in it. I turned around and took my stuff back to my car and told them to keep their money.
