Days Inn Twin Falls Jerome

This hotel is a great stay. Everything you need is there along with a good, home cooked breakfast. Rooms extremely clean.

A car alarm blared all night right outside our hotel window. Nobody could sleep a wink. I walked down to the front desk at 4AM to complain and the friendly night manager said the offending car was not on their property. I walked outside to the parking lot right in front of the hotel and took a photo of the car, suggesting the manager have it towed. The manager just offered me ear plugs instead. By the time I got any sleep at all the continental breakfast had closed at 9AM. I’ll admit the night manager may not have had an easy way to solve the problem, but this hotel should probably start collecting vehicle information from their customers. Even if there hadn’t been a car alarm issue the rooms are too cramped for a family of four (full beds instead of queens), only had two towels, and light blares into the rooms all night from the commercial gas station across the street, requiring perfectly placed blackout blinds to create any darkness in your room. Each bed also seemed to be short a pillow. You don’t get what you pay for here. It’s wasn’t luxury pricing but it was $140 for the night. I expected better. The best feedback I can offer is that the room was clean.
