Absolutely abhorrent staff who harassed us and claimed we were still in the unit even after we left early on checkout day (8:37am) and went them a text message communication to that fact. Tried telling them we were at the airport in Boise and they'd made a mistake. They literally, verbatim, called us "liars" on the phone claiming we were still in the unit even while they could hear the captain of the airplane we were on over the PA. You can’t make this up. They said we brought a dog (we didn't) and accused and threatened that we would be charged fees for unreported pets and not vacating the unit....again, we were at the Boise airport while this happened. They called us and harassed us multiple times. Multiple. We reminded them they have CCTV cameras and could see when we left. Single most unprofessional, unhinged staff I've ever encountered in traveling over 25 countries in my life. Avoid like the plague. Besides that, the place was uncomfortable. So close to the other bungalow you can hear the conversation of the people in the connecting room. Housekeeping parked in our spot.Absolutely terrible lodging. None of this is exaggeration. These are facts. They even admitted to doing all of the above in their messaging to us hours later and booking.com confirmed it. They said "sorry, it was a mix up," as if that type of treatment could be excused in any way. If I could rate it zero I would.

My husband and I just got back from our trip to McCall, Idaho and stayed at the Brundage Bungalows. Stay here! We stayed in #8 and it was great. The cabin was super clean, I mean it, and the cabin itself is just very cute. You have a small living room, kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and plenty of bowls and plates. This was perfect for a weekend get away, but I could also see spending a week here as it has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was very clean, lots of towels and just a great location. Grocery store is super close as is most of the restaurants and shopping. Our cabin is able to connect to #7 to make it larger. There was no one in #7 while we were there. It was very quiet. The entire complex was quiet and most of the cabins had people in them. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is excellent and the place is really very nice.
