Best Western Rama Inn

The hotel front desk staff were a nightmare. They could not get a name correct even in copy it from an ID, credit card, and printed out sheet with reservation info. Because of this we (I and two minors) were woken up at midnight by the police (pounding on our door) and accused of fraud. The police had to then wake up my daughter in another state to confirm all the information. It was a total disaster. We received no real apologies or compensation either. We will never return to this specific Best Western.

They advertise EV charging and they don’t have it. So we had to find a place to charge. Front desk had no clue what we were talking about. False advertising.

As soon as we got to the hotel, we had to wait 25 minutes just to get a room, even though we booked this hotel months prior. When we got a room it smelt awful because there was leftover food in the fridge. The Ice machines did not work and our ice bucket still had water in it. There was not nearly enough towels in the room or at the pool. In our room while the pull out couch was pulled out, you cannot enter or exit the room. The bathroom was a very confined space and if you opened the door it almost touched the toilet.
