HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES BOISE WEST - MERIDIAN

I would not repeat. This place is not even clean. The carpet in the elevator is super dirty and all over in the lobby and the hall. The Front Desk agent was nice but that’s all. The rooms are run down and it’s next to the highway so it’s very loud. Also the walls are very thin, you can hear everything from next-door, I couldn’t sleep anything because the next-door was packing till 2 AM. And the breakfast was horrible those disgusting sausages, absolutely no variety. Way overpriced. This is a motel, not a hotel.

LOUD!! Aggravatingly loud!! Half of the rooms are RIGHT NEXT TO the freeway - it sounds like you’re sitting in the middle of a speedway or next to an airport & it goes all night long!! No earplugs at the front desk. The fire door across the hallway that leads to the stairs slam so loud it sounds like a wall is falling down every time it slams The toilet wasn’t working when we got into our room. It was blocked. So the desk attendant handed us a plunger and we had to plunge our own toilet

King suite was spacious and bed was super comfortable. The room felt a little dated on terms of color scheme but very well maintained.
