Comfort Inn & Suites

First of all this place offers a hot tub. To bad it has scum and hair floating all over in it the jets dont work when I told front desk staff said yeah we know. We're not tearing it up to fix it either. The bath towels had hair on them so did the sheets. In the bath room all metal had fixtures even the cover over the fire sprinkler had rust. Told front desk about the issues was told you booked through 3rd party go tell them. Who ever owns this place should be ashamed. Will never go back and make sure I tell everyone I know. We go to twin falls almost monthly for doctors appt.

Stayed in Building B. Older part of hotel. Hallways smelled like smoked as soon as you entered. Could use a good deep cleaning to make it smell better.Room was okay but not great. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Pillows were ok. Showers were manageable. Breakfast had a good selection of sausage, eggs, pastries, muffins, cereal, etc. Apple and orange juice, coffee. Probably not stay here again.

I booked a room at Quality Inn & Suites in Twin Falls, ID for July 12 to July 13., 2025. Unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident that prevented me from going to this hotel. I contacted the hotel directly and spoke with Katelyn who spoke with the manager, Ruth. They said I could get a refund but had to go through Priceline. I got an email from Priceline saying that the hotel declined and charged me regardless. I will NEVER use Quality Inn & Suites anywhere in the USA, due to lack of compassion and a greed for money. I will also tell my friends not to book rooms at Quality Inn and Suites.
