Was suppose get a first floor room. Upon arrival discovered that my room was switched from 1st floor to 2nd floor. I had requested to be put on the 1st floor... The front desk person (Cash) had stated that all the 1st floors were taken. Informed was disappointed as I have a lot of items I needed to unload and take to my room and load when I checkout... They not only put me on a 2nd floor they also put me in a room all the to the back of the floor. This was even more disappointing... I told the front desk that they should have called me before just changing my room... I will never come back to here and will not recommend anyone else for lack of communication and less than remarkable customer service.
