Quality Inn Aurora

Having used this brand of hotels several times, this one was below standard compared to many others. Cleanliness in the communal areas wasn't brilliant. The room had signs of wear and tear. The bath had marks/stains and really needs replacing. Coffee machine had a part missing. Cleanliness wasnt brilliant. Air conditioning unit very noisy. Breakfast from 06:00. Listed in the amenities as hot breakfast which normally means at least two egg/cooked meat items, but these weren't available both days I stayed.

It's true. This place does not look like the pictures. But it is an OK place to sleep and do what you're going to do nearby. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Heater works great. Bathroom and bedroom were clean. Towels were stained, though. Staff changed our towels and made our beds daily. They were very corteus. Breakfast is limited, but it was enough for us. Coffee is really good.

This place is a dump. My room looked nothing like the photos online. The shower curtain was barely up, and couldn't keep the shower curtain closed completely. The place smelled, especially my room, of smoke and other nasty smelling food. I had to wash clean clothes when I got home, because I couldn't stand the smell of them. The lobby was really nice, but the photos they have must've been of like the one room they refinished just to post them online. Everything was out of date, uncomfortable, stained, smelly and falling apart.
