Quality Inn & Suites Bloomington West

this motel was wonderful I was treated so well by desk, staff and everyone. the breakfast was clean, hot and plentiful. I will so be back. thank you@

Clean room comfortable beds offers continental breakfast but we only had coffee. Friendly receptionist.

The location was perfect it was right off the highway easy to find. Checking in at front desk. Dena was very kind . She was very exact about where everything was in the hotel and if we need anything she was available at any time. Our room was nice and cozy. The hotel itself was clean. Got up to get a hot cup of coffee and there Dena was mopping the floors. They must be happy to have her as an employee. Housekeeping was good also. Room was clean as everything else. I felt satisfied knowing that I could go to the front desk and ask Dena for anything and she would find it .She give me places to go eat and or to order out . She gave great suggestions to order in. We had Tobin's Pizza very ,very good! I would tell anyone to stay there if they are in Bloomington. Great place and friendly people and clean. Plus also a great price!
