Clarion Hotel and Conference Center - Joliet

Not a great hotel experience. Room internet did not work had to switch rooms. Poor bathroom design super small and poor quality shower. Poor water pressure for toilet that can barely flush. Breakfast was the same for 3 days in a row and eggs and sausage were cold.

I couldn't connect to the internet in the first room and the first night, even though I have an business meeting that night, the next day they switched my room, in the new room, I could connect but the air condition was not cold, we complained again. We wanted our room to be clean, they said they don't clean room until the third day. The third day again I could not connect to the internet again. My experience at Clarion Joliet Hotel was a total mess, they need to do a complete and total renovation, if it takes them to shut down and reopen after everything is all in better shape.

Location was unusual as it was behind several motels. Once inside, it looked lovely and was spacious. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was adequate with a variety of foods. Unfortunately, I did not notice that housekeeping did not take out the trash or dispose of open amenities until later in the night.
