Comfort Inn South

I had a very terrible experience. I booked a 2 night stay but ended up leaving one day early. So I only stayed ONE night. Upon checking in, I paid $234 and some change for the 2 nights. I checked out one day early of my own volition because I was placed right next to the extremely loud elevator that made noise all night and woke me up constantly, at least on the hour if not more. When I checked out early, Sherri the front desk person charged my debit card an additional $118, which is one nights stay. When I confronted her, why did you charge me another night when I’m leaving early, she got defensive and said “NO I REFUNDED YOU A NIGHT”. I literally showed her my bank statement showing the charge for the TWO nights and the extra ONE night. So basically I was charged three nights when I only stayed there for one. She told me “that’s a bank problem” and that “on her end” it shows a refund. Despite seeing my actual bank statement showing that I was charged extra, she did not believe me and called me a liar. I have a screen shot of my bank statement showing the extra charge. I then had to call my bank to dispute the charge.

I made a mistake not checking t.a. Lobby = weed Rooms = torn and tired Parking lot = like an auto zone parking lot Their is food close by..I don't feel super safe with clientele skip imho

Tiny is a good word to describe this hotel. They call it a Suite, I suppose because it has a full size refrigerator and a sink, That is where it ends. Tiny describes the reception area and the area to get your muffin and juice (that's it) in the morning. The bathroom is so small the door barely misses the toilet (which you have lean against to look in the mirror. The toilet had to be helped to flush. The table in the room was too small to eat at. The trash cans at the entrance were overflowing to the point there lots of paper flying in the parking lot. I could go on, but the bottom line is skip this place.
