AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN

America's Best Value in Centralia is no longer in business. I had to stay there on my trips to Centralia to visit my daughter. I stayed there several times because there was no other place to stay in Centralia. The rooms were small and rather dark. The door to the bathroom did not close. At night I could hear people talking loudly and running through the hall of the hotel until all hours. The people staying there looked rather shabby. In the morning there was no one at the desk to check out with. The only good thing was that I could walk to the Amtrak Station from this hotel.

everything about this place sucks...should have slept in my car. they gave my husband a key and didn't know he was my husband all he said was lost his room key- they asked the room number and handed him a key...that is scary!!! oh you don't want decafe coffee in your room...that's all we have. oh you only have ONE TOWEL...sorry we don't have any at the moment bring your own toilet paper with you. owner was very rude. free breakfast is moldy bagels and outdated cream cheese or stale cereal....mmmm I could go on and on. I rarely get out and this place was horrible.......

Reservation was missing upon arrival but eventually found. Paper-thin walls in the rooms. Extremely loud and sketchy clientele. Zero coffee mugs and plastic cups in the room. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Front desk clerk refused to restock them claiming he "didn't have access."
