Chicago South Loop Hotel

I booked this hotel a year ago and was able to check-in before 3pm. This time we were told to wait till 3pm to check-in, mind you other people were getting checked in before then. So we had to wait to unpack our stuff. The elevator was humid and one of them didn’t even work. The bathroom in the lobby did not have soap. The room that we got had a toilet that would leak and leave the floor wet. We weren’t even given hand soap in our hotel room. Will definitely look into other hotel options and avoid this place.

Disgusted, dirty rooms, dirty floors broken elevators. I will never come back to this place. In a bad location, down south loop. Value was not worth it. Absolutely not clean at all, Was very easy to hear orher rooms. Dogs not allowed but heard dogs Service was unprofessional 0 amenities No breakfast

to be avoided for business trips, does not provide invoices, I do not recommend it at all, staff is not very friendly
