Comfort Inn Crystal Lake

The room was honestly gross. There are stains all over the floor, the side of the bed and on the couch.

Room and bed was clean, there were a few spots that could have used some extra cleaning. When we turned down the air, it did not feel like it was getting cold. It almost felt like cooler humid air blowing, not actually air conditioning. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had before, could not hardly eat anything. Workout room very small, 1 of 3 machines was out of order.

Bruce at the front desk was more than accommodating. The last night there howeverWe come back that evening could not get into our room … key would not open door .. went down to front desk and ladies acted as though irritated went back still didn’t work went down again she came up and still didn’t work we were told to go to front desk when we wanted back in .. total inconvenience unacceptable
