HAMPTON INN - NAPERVILLE

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times but it has deteriorated. First of all, the room wasn’t very clean. There were a number of crumbs on the carpet, a long strand of hair plastered to the shower wall, and the public areas are very worn. Plus, the shower doors in my room didn’t work properly and one was completely jammed. The pillows were uncomfortable, the room was noisy…not worth the nearly $200 they charge.

Very average hotel stay. The location was convenient to restaurants and highway access. The room was extremely humid, so much so that the carpet felt sticky to walk on…and we are from the midwest so we are used to humid summers. We had to run the shower and bathroom sink for 10 minutes before we would get hot water. The breakfast service was attentive, but the selection very mundane, especially for a 4 day stay. We would stay elsewhere in the future.

We always find the Hampton to be friendly, clean and quiet for our stays in Illinois. We keep coming back and are pleased each time!
