Hotel room was very dirty. Smelt the mold and cigarette smoke. I work from 4 am till 5 pm get back no towels in my room ask the lady at the front desk and she tells me that’s not my job. Then she tells me to use the towel I washed and dried my self with the night before. Women I don’t do that at my house why would I do it after working long hours. Having to wash my own towels while she smokes a cigarette at the front door to the lobby. Last time staying at this nasty hotel

No toilet paper available on weekends. Lobby bathroom for friends of employee drinking in lobby but not for cudtomers. Use the bath towels ??? Bad odors in venting system like a diaper.

I walked out of my extended stay room past noon and couldnt get back in. I left my dredit card on the desk and the staff Starr would not let me in the room to grab my card. She would not call anyone to ask, I was told to leave my dog in the room from noon till the next morning and then ask Lake to get in to grab my credit card.
