HILTON CHICAGO MAG MILE SUITES

I had a wonderful stay! The people were pleasant and my room was kept clean. The hotel is centrally located. Even though I have balancing issues it was very easy and not too expensive to take an Uber or Lyft to main attractions. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed at this location for a few days instead of a lake vacation because of bad weather. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the John Hancock Center, the Magnificent mile, and walking distance from the Red line subway station. We even had a view of the John Hancock from our suite. The pool on the 30th floor had great views too. The suite was good, with good amenities (coffee maker, fridge, and microwave), quiet, and clean. During our stay, the indoor pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance due to a leak but the hotel gave us admission to the spa at the Four Seasons nearby, which was great. The overall service was good and responsive.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. Rooms are comfortable and if you’re lucky to get a room on a high floor overlooking the lake, it’s a bonus. The restaurant on the first floor - Chapel Street Cafe- is a real winner.
