Nush with hgv. She was very enjoyable to work with. She explained things thoroughly, was very patient and understanding & we felt absolutely free to do whatever was in our best interest.

This is the most beautiful hotel in Chicago. It has amazing medival European decor and beautiful architecture. I come here at least once a quarter and staff is always friendly. It's right next to the bean and art museum. Ozel with HGV is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me out with suggestions and directions.
