LA QUINTA INN&SUITES TINLEY PK

I had a 3 day stay and my experience was not a good one. The rooms were dusty dirty, I always bring my Lysol wipes & spray when I stay at a hotel, and yes, I cleaned La Quinta hotel room in TP very thorough only to find bugs in the bathroom and near the inside doorway. As I began to leave out of the room there were more bugs outside the door in the hallway (we took pictures & videos). I went to share my experience with the desk clerk and he appeared to have no interest in what I was saying no apologies at all. I don't know if the bugs got in our clothes throughout the night or not. I was going to stay another night but couldn't brar the thought of bugs crawling on me and/or my husband. It was not a good experience. I will definitely ONLY recommend this hotel to someone who is in a desperate need of emergency lodging.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Pool was shut down when we got there. Hole on bathroom floor. One Picture was not hung right and fell and busted. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Blinds did not work well. Staff was very helpful and nice, but building and rooms need work.
