Radisson Hotel Chicago O'Hare

Checked in later in the day, staff was pretty pre occupied talking with each other. I was given wrong information by staff member on shuttle times. Day staff was very friendly and the breakfast workers were top notch. Rooms could use an update but the bed was comfortable. Check out was quick and easy.

Very good hotel, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the reception upon arrival was very pleasant, the room was very comfortable, and the hotel itself was very, very clean 10/10.

My husband and I traveled from Chicago to Tokyo and returned from Osaka 11 days later. We drove in, paid for the "Park, Fly, Sleep" program and headed to the airport. Upon our return the shuttle picked us up exactly where our instructions said that they would and took us to the hotel. We had been traveling for 28 hours and were so happy to climb into bed and crash.
