This hotel lacks some of the finesse that it's price bracket and star status should provide.
On arrival the valet parking guy was busy on his phone joking with someone, no greeting or attempt to acknowledge we were there, no information about where reception was for check in, no assistance with luggage.
Hairdryer in room didnt work replaced quite quickly once reported.
First morning we were woken early by the chambermaids squealing and shouting outside our door as they got their trolley carts ready for the day which isn't great.
Bar not open every day, no facility for food after mid afternoon.
Often a queue for lifts, the lifts have quite narrow doors which may be an issue for some wider wheelchairs or strollers.
Our room slept 4 but no where near enough storage or space for 4 people, the view was of a brick wall.
It's a great location but there are many hotels in the area within the same price bracket which we would likely try on our next visit, unfortunately nothing about this stay makes me want to return to this hotel
