BAYMONT INN AND SUITES DECATUR

Quiet and peaceful. The property looked to have ample cameras. My room had a slow clog at the sink draining VERY slowly. There was a patch on the ceiling (Rm. 316) where mold is starting to reappear. You guys have places throughout the building where patch work HAS NOT been painted over throughout the building. The elevator, runs excellent, and very smooth. There was no certification posted inside of it or on the 1st floor. Also, please polish the elevator chrome framework. There's thousands of finger and thumb prints on it. While visiting, the pool was OOC and half full, meaning its probably still OOC and has major issues (I test pool and spa chlorine and pH levels for a living). The main floor entrance had all of the same looking ceiling tiles, which is not the case on other floors. You have great exterior lighting. The Indian community who runs this establishment are very polite. It seems Wyndham either does not provide ample funding to keep this building maintained and up to code, OR the tenants who operate the building do not use funding towards preventive and corrective maintenance.

The lady at the desk was rude when she finally arrived to check us in. The water in our room couldn't decide if it wanted to freeze us out or cook us. The tv remote had issues and only worked great for turning on/off.

This place is a joke reserved a room for me and my family, got there all though it had two double beds they said only two people for that room and I had to get two rooms… then my bank statement had 5 different charges on there even the next day they were still charges showing up on the bank they charge you a $100 security deposit and it all hits your bank when you check in…. And it smelled of weed all through the hallways not very clean stained bedding stained lamp shades not a good stay….
