I have never had a worse experience with ANY hotel/motel I have EVER stayed at, and having grown up in the west side of Chicago , that says A LOT...I dont even know where to start? The phones in the room are broken, I am sure someone cooked meth in the coffee pot, the breakfasts SUCKED, the coffee was cold, there was constant dog piss in the elevator,The front desk people were lazy and lie to you so they dont have to get up and do they job, the cleaning lady named dean on the 3rd floor was in sloppy ass pajamas and a shower cap EVERY DAY, we saw her smoking a reefer cart in an empty room she was "cleaning" and she she tryed bribing me out of 20 bucks...(if she tells you she will have you kicked out she aint lying)...she said we were smoking and we werent but we still had to leave and not get our deposit,if not for the other 2 cleaning ladies I would have NOTHING good to say. The cleaning ladies that dont wear shower caps and beg for money were very helpful and friendly...If you find yourself at this dump...Dont get a room on the 3rd floor...

If you’re looking for a dirty, outdated, smelly hotel to kick your feet back for the night, here’s your place. After living the mattress up, I found clumps of hair, food crumbs, and not to mention the cigarette burn hole in the comforter. The light switch in the room was also broken and the cover was off. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. They also charge you a $200 “deposit” in addition to your room rate at check-in.

Don’t book here…. We had to go to the store to get cleaning supplies…to clean the room OVER…as I was cleaning someone before us had used to restroom and didn’t flush….chairs are disgusting …I rather sleep in the car ….my husband and i debated about this room issue…they have the nerve to ask for another fee up front when you check in ….if you’re going to ask for that how about having the room clean …I swear I want to leave right after the funeral tomorrow…don’t want to stay here another night
