Comfort Inn O'hare South

The girl at the front desk, Jocelyn, made our stay perfect. She helped us with everything, transportation, information. She is kindness itself to everyone. Affordable and good hotel, breakfast and airport transfers. A bit far from the center.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel that was booked for me by United Airlines. My flight was delayed and I got in late. I called the front desk at the hotel to let them know that I needed to be picked up. The driver had done his last run of the day but still came and got me. Jocelyn at the front desk was really nice and was the one that I had spoken to about the airport shuttle. My room was recently renovated and ultra clean. The bed was comfy. I went downstairs to get some hot tea and Tim who was manning the front desk at night was extremely helpful to me, finding items that I had forgotten to pack and he was also helpful in the morning. After the shift change, the next front desk person was also helpful with suggesting things for breakfast, etc. Plenty of breakfast choices. The drivers were both nice also. The only recommendation to management would be to offer Decaf tea bags for late arriving guests who would like a hot drink. Thank you hotel staff! You made my time in Chicago run smoothly after having a messed up flight schedule. I would stay here again if I needed a reasonably priced hotel at ORD.
