Comfort Inn O'Hare

WORST experience. We arrived in the middle of the night from our flight back home and our first room smelt like weed so we asked to switch rooms, then the next room we got had broken things in the shower. We also found dried blood on the bedsheets along with hair in the sheets as well. I asked the manager Marie or whatever her name is to refund me something and she said she would refund 50% and then 2 days later when I called back she refused to refund the money. Nothing like the pictures on the website and when we called the first time to talk to the manager the man on the phone said it was already a cheap room so why would I need a discount on it. Even though there was DRIED BLOOD ON THE SHEETS!

I have not stayed at the hotel yet, but I have already experienced exceptional customer service from Paola. Through her quick thinking, professionalism, and prompt action, Paola helped prevent what could have been a stressful situation for me. Her willingness to go above and beyond made a significant difference and provided me peace of mind throughout the process. As a fellow hospitality professional, I recognize and appreciate when someone demonstrates outstanding service. Paola's dedication to guest care is truly commendable, and she is a great reflection of her team and organization.

Hotel was clean to start. Had no real amenities. Room was never cleaned. Had to ask each day for clean towels. Shuttle left us stranded.
