HILTON O'HARE INTERNATIONAL AI

The crew on our 9 pm flight out of O’Hare timed out at 1 am. They moved our flight to 5 am. We couldn’t get anyone at the hotel to answer our calls and walked in. Daniel at the front desk was SO kind and thoughtful, getting my daughter and me into a room, helping us get things arranged, and generally being the calm in the storm. Good job Daniel. I hope you have a great life!

Security is horrendous and guys are retaliatory, We noticed that they target people alone and make ethnic slurs toward the homeless attempting to live at O"hare .Took us awhile to realize that that the mob controls the chan. They have people working the mob to sell you packages and we saw one gal sell herself and duga one night. Her and her partner were dropping so many pills that security called someone to clean up the vomit. A lady took a picture of the security throwing out a distinguished man for expressing a political opinion and then steal his suitcase and made false police reports about him. We'll stay off the airport complex next time Don't interact with security

Had a terrible travel day at O’Hare and my delayed flight ended up cancelled. I frantically booked at the Hilton on property and was able to easily walk over and check in. Service was impeccable. Cold waters awaited while in line and the staff took care of us so well, providing toiletries and other extra needs to make a hard day better. Very impressed!
