Extended Stay Deluxe Chicago - Lombard - Oak Brook

I've been at the Lombard, IL location for about 6 years for my job. I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to: Denise Nelly Maribel These 3 women are the best. They remembered my name after meeting them once. I've enjoyed my stay tremendously. Yes, there has been some issues, like anywhere but they are on the top of the game. If I have any issues with my "home" it's there #1 priority to resolve. They're always happy, smiling and respectful. People ask me why I've stayed so long.. the above says it all. They are part of my extended family.

The hotel has not provided breakfast for 2 weeks as they promised. This is not the first time that they use the excuse about ordering. If company wants me to email, please give the email address and details on who and how to contact. Do not just say go to your website.
