Quincy Inn and Suites

I ordered a king size bed , got to our room , no smoke detector, no coffee pot , no phone, so we went back to the from desk and asked for a different room with a smoke detector in it. No king size available so settled for a queen. Still no coffee pot, hardly any towels, smoke detector sitting on the desk and one hanging from a wire in the ceiling. Room was cleaner than the first room. The website says free breakfast, no , coffee in lobby, no smoking, no , people vaping and smoking right outside the lobby. We left after the first night because I didn’t feel safe with no smoke detectors. They will not refund my second night. Makeup stains on the pillow case . Very disappointed, was not expecting a 4 star hotel, we had our dog with us, but safety should be a priority.

They do not have breakfast when they said they had breakfast. And the showers are absolutely disgusting and there was a crack in the window when we got here very disappointed in this hotel worst hotel ever also there was a hole in the wall when we hit here to

Simply because no breakfast was available. That is not important to us at all. But, most people would like that service and most hotels offer a breakfast today. The staff served us well even showing us the room before booking. The room was spotless. It met our needs actually at the five star level. A very reasonably priced, clean and safe motel.
