Silversmith Hotel & Suites

We stayed at the Silversmith Hotel for a quick trip to Chicago and couldn't have picked a better spot. The location is unbeatable, walkable to everything we needed. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole staff was warm and attentive from check-in to check-out. A special shoutout to Enrique, who went above and beyond for us. He gave us a great parking recommendation that saved us time and hassle, and he was so helpful and careful assisting us with our luggage. That kind of genuine, thoughtful service makes all the difference when you're traveling. Clean rooms, great location, and a team that actually cares about your stay, we'll definitely be back next time we're in Chicago.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Silver Smith 🔹 hotel. It was a perfect location, the room was very spacious and comfortable and all the employees we interacted with were super helpful and friendly. In particular, Manuel, Antonio, Susan, Beverly and Enrique. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

This was the first stage of my honeymoon. We travelled from Ireland and it was my wife’s first time abroad. From the start, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Beverley. She gave us a brilliant room and made the effort to send over a gift. The staff were passionate about the city and clearly wanted us to get the best possible experience. Really impressed, and this was not the case in the other cities we stayed in.
