HAMPTON INN AUBURN,INDIANA

The hotel atmosphere was quite nice. The blinds in the room were not great as they let a good amount light through. I found that noise and motion between rooms was travelling a bit more than the average room. Especially outside road noise. The rooms were clean and the service and included amenities were good! The location was quite nice though it would have been nice to have more accessibility parking. Overall it is a fine hotel to stay at, but there have been better.

I would give a zero star review if I could. I was traveling with 2 small children and called in advance to ensure the pool would be open for use. My family went to use the pool at 10am and it was closed for maintenance. The pool was the only reason we selected this hotel. I’m not sure why the pool couldn’t have maintenance from 10pm-6am when it is closed for the night. Escalated to the GM of the hotel and Hilton corporate only to receive horrible customer service and the run around to different representatives without any resolution. I was an avid Hilton user for both personal and business travel and will no longer be using them for travel needs. Very Very disappointing

room 313 is extremely noisy with hundreds of trucks roaring by all night right under the bedroom window. Impissible to sleep!!
