Comfort Suites

Good location, easy access to SR 31. Friendly front desk staff. Room was clean. Hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. Musty smell in hallways and in room. There are other Holiday Inn properties within several miles from this location where I will stay in the future.

Lobby nice and clean. Room itself was nice and renovated. Bathroom old! Shower floor was so dirty looking (worn), but ceiling was awful … cracked badly showing water damage. Needs a redo ! Breakfast was ok … only eggs and sausage, no potatoes. Some things were out. Drink dispenser not working. so crowded and not enough seats. Good location near fast food. Employees friendly. Nice square indoor pool.

Lobby and common areas are decent but the hallways and rooms are worn and in need of updating. The room was acceptably clean but really showing signs of age. I have stayed in probably 15 different hotels in the Indy area over the years and this would be my LAST choice. Sofa bed was practically unusable.
