Sleep Inn & Suites Lakeside

Our experience was not a good one. The room was fine. The breakfast was okay. Our issue was with housekeeping. We thought of using the pool, but noticed debris floating in it. 3 days later (we stayed 4 days), it was still there. Housekeeping did not come in and clean our room. On the 3rd day, we finally went to the desk and had to ask for them to clean it. Housekeeping gave us towels and made the bed, but obviously didn't vacuum the floors, There were dirty washcloths in the shower, so those must not have been cleaned and they didn't even empty the ice bucket, which was full of water. We wouldn't ever stay here again.

We have stayed here before. Very clean property. Lots of walkable restaurants. They are working hard to update hotel. Although they may not have gotten to the carpet yet. Price was too high for this type of hotel. Woman came in off the street to have breakfast with all her bags. That was strange, especially when we paid the price we did. Makes me reconsider another stay.

Stayed three nights with my sister while in town to visit with family. Comfortable clean room. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Pool was ok, water was fairly cold.
