We chose this hotel because the website advertised having a pool. The pool is closed now unfortunately. The rooms were clean and the hotel offers free breakfast but it wasn’t good at all (no fresh food and also no one was around during breakfast time to help with restocking utensils/milk etc). My aunt had to eat dry cereal with no spoon 😭 Was fine for a night but also was lacking

Hotel smells like sewer. Lobby, hallway, room all smelled bad. Carpet was dirty. Pool is out of service. The website makes it look nice.

I visited with many family members. The staff were very kind and accommodating. I appreciated the care they gave all of us, but especially our elderly loved ones. They didn’t mind that we sat in the lobby until late, telling stories and laughing.
