Tropicana Evansville Hotel

The hotel is beautiful and has a great location, clean rooms and easy handicap parking That said, you aren’t welcome here. The Gen Z desk clerk was totally put out by having to interrupt her/she’s viewing of tick tock videos to check us in. We were grateful that the check in process only took a few minutes and we were able to stop bothering the desk clerk in fairly short order. She/ her is probably still annoyed by the fact that we walked into the hotel… sorry bout that!

Ballys has become a place we like to go and hang out and listen to the band and have a few drinks. We do get comp rooms and the hotel is nice we have never had a issue.

Good experience rooms needs to be updated and soundproof. My only complaint is the outside entrance to the hotel needs a good power washing its very dirty. The elevator floors looks like they have not been cleaned in years. These are the 2 main areas that people encounter as soon as they enter your hotel.
