Amerisuites Indianapolis/keystone

Had a great experience at this Home 2 Suites at Keystone Crossing. Hotel was very welcoming and in great condition, and the location was perfect. From restaurants and shops, all were in a very close distance to the hotel. Downtown was a bit of a drive because of road construction and closed freeways. But not more than 30 minutes. Jada at the front desk was so helpful and extremely friendly and professional. I really appreciated everything she assisted me with. Nova at checkout was also super friendly. You definitely will notice how the employees are truly caring and want to make sure you have a great stay. I would highly recommend. By the way, the bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious and updated.

Took 45 min and 4 trips to the front desk to get in the room. Finally sent someone to fix the lock. Extremely condescending and made the first impression awful. Hopefully will make it through the week because no other options but due to the behavior of the front desk employee would never come back and you would think the hotel would want to be represented better. When I ask for the general manager’s number he had a card at the ready, nothing new to him

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed. We were early and my girls needed to get ready so we used the lobby bathroom so our girls could get dressed for the Taylor Swift concert and the front desk agent, Nova, came in to use the restroom and said, “come see me, I’ll see if I have an early check in available.” She was even gracious enough not to be bothered by us commandeering the bathroom which I know was not ideal on our part. I didn’t want to ask because I knew the circumstances of the weekend and how difficult it must be during such a busy weekend. She found us a room and it saved the day! She thanked me sincerely for being a Gold status Hilton Honors member and presented me with our water, snack, and chocolates. Every interaction we had from then on was phenomenal. Even the young man working at 1:30am was waiting at the desk to welcome people and greeted us when we came in and complimented my shirt. The property is clean, comfortable, and the Taylor Swift touches were great. Anytime we travel to Indianapolis we will definitely plan to stay here.
