Lady at the front desk very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, hotel quiet and clean. Hot shower. Price was good.

This is another one of those if I could leave zero stars instead of one I would. I was looking for a hotel for Indiana Parents Weekend for Sep 19-21 and found this place as a refundable option through Expedia. I booked the property at on Wed Sep 17 through Expedia as a refundable reservation and cancelled it 20 minutes later within the published allowable window by Expedia (per the booking) as I found something in Bloomington, and received notification from both Expedia and the hotel via email that my reservation was cancelled. The next day I received a text from the hotel saying they were looking forward to my arrival and looked forward to my check in. I called the hotel and told them I had cancelled my reservation, but the hotel told me they couldn't talk to me because I had booked the reservation through Expedia. I called Expedia and they did indeed confirm the hotel was cancelled. Today the hotel charged me about $800 for 2 nights I didn't attend despite this being published as a refundable reservation by their travel agent. I've had to send multiple emails and invest hours of time trying to get this resolved - at this time I am going to simply dispute it with American Express and allow Expedia and the hotel to fight it out between each other as to who is at fault and who should bear the cost. Word to the wise - do business with people who value customer service and have transparency in their offerings. In this instance, I would not book through any 3rd party travel agency for this hotel based on my experience.

this is a small place, only two floors with stairs. We were there for a convention, but we heard no outside noise. The breakfast area is small with just a few items. There is a fitness center but no pool. The housekeeping staff is the best I have had at any hotel. When we returned from being out for the day there was always clean towels, trash cans were empty and soap. There was an odor to the room but a few mornings with the window opened help that. The only issue I had was I could not get the Wi-Fi on my laptop. the front desk staff was super and tried to help out with this issue.
