Cambria Suites Indianapolis Airport

The hotel itself was fine. No issues there. BUT, the problem came when we called the hotel to pick us up from the airport. We were told the shuttle ran 24 hours a day. Flight landed about 11 pm - I went to the Bonvoy app and called them from there. No answer. I called again. No answer. Super frustrated and had to call for an Uber. $25 later, we arrived at the hotel. Went inside and the man at the front desk told me I must have called the wrong number because he was there. How do you call from the corporate website and call the wrong number? Also, my phone says I called Springhill Suites, Indianapolis Airport, Plainfield) And I’m out $25.

We visited Indianapolis to attend the Colts game. We enjoyed our stay at Springhill Suites, the staff were welcoming, courteous, and helpful, and our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast each day was delicious (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal). We especially appreciated talking with the helpful gentleman who told us he retired in another area and decided to move back home to Indianapolis. The one issue we had was we stayed for 3 nights, and our room was never cleaned. We had to go to the front desk and ask for rolls of toilet paper and wash cloths and towels. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here on a family road trip. The common areas were very nice and clean and the gym was spacious (much bigger than the pool). It also had a very pleasant outdoor patio area. I thought the room was large and comfortable, though my wife felt the carpet was dated. The only negatives were that air conditioning did not circulate in the hotel hallways (upstairs), making it a bit stuffy, but the temperature in the room itself was fine. In addition, the bathroom sink did not drain well and was likely clogged. The wall of the bathtub is quite high, requiring a big step up to shower. My wife thought this was a bit precarious, but I didn’t take much notice of it. Otherwise, I thought this was a nice enough hotel for the price point.
