Fairfield Inn Indianapolis South

This hotel is old and could use a lot of repair. The bathroom floor was partly ripped, the bath tub facuet was corroded, the sink faucet was corroded and broken but still working. The wall was patched but not painted. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. The pool was ok.

The room was very clean and updated. Quiet. The reason we were there was because my partially paralyzed son was have a same day in and out surgery early in the morning. We live 3 hours south of Indy, so we went up the night before. The young man Justin working the front desk was very friendly and went above and beyond by helping me get my son into bed since the bed was higher than his wheelchair. It would have been very difficult at best without Justin's help. I cannot speak loudly enough as to what a friendly customer serving priented young man he was for my son and I.

I was not looking for a resort hotel, just a place with a bed and a shower, while I attended a convention in town. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. The included Continental breakfast was an added bonus. Nothing fancy, but for the price I did not expect it to be.
