Hampton Inn Indianapolis Northwest - Park 100 IN

I always come to this hotel. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, One of the employees Ron is very friendly and helpful when we visit.

- Atmosphere and location: A classic Hampton property but maintained to good standards and refurbished within the last ten years. Location isn’t great, but in proximity of the interstate and all the warehouses and distribution centers in the area. A car is needed. The nearest bus stop is on Woodland Drive to the west, but sidewalks are nonexistent. - Service: Sarah at check-in was delightful and helpful, and Elizabeth at checkout assisted promptly with my printing needs. The customer service vibe was great. Thank you! - Room: I was impressed with cleanliness and quietness. Spacious and functional, too, with more USB outlets than I could count! - Value: If I need to attend another event at Pike High School, which was the reason I opted for this Hampton, I would return without a doubt. Otherwise I don’t see much value if I was aiming to spend all my time downtown or something…unless I had a car. I recommend this property if you need a place in Northwest Indy! Thank you!

Everything was really great value here for 75 bucks out the door and change through Tripadvisor comfortable beds although a little squeaky nice size TV on the second floor better than the average breakfast much better than choice hotels the young man supplying it was very chipper and friendly wished everybody a merry Christmas Nice little premade omelette some kind of ham type of things and decent potatoes and of course waffles first time I think I’ve stayed in the Hampton Inn a long, long time. Can’t even remember the last time but with a 4.5 rating I would have given it to five until I went to check out And the girls said yeah parking fee $3.89 or something like that come on give me a break really it’s not like you’re downtown Indy plenty of parking available. This is just build into the price that really leaves a bad taste on people’s mouth kinda like the way it used to be with the safe Chargeswhat I stay here again yes I would if I was in the area but they want that $50 incidental hold on your credit card and then they’ll take the parking fee off of there it’s just bad business as far as I’m concerned otherwise a great place
