Eric was great with valet! Very fast and friendly.

I absolutely felt like VIP. It started at the front door with Tiny in valet. Would definitely recommend 10/10!!

I did not stay in the hotel but I did utilize it the hotel's valet service. All the staff members of the valet service were hospitable. One member that stood out was Tony. He help with my party's and I troubles figuring out if I was at the correct location. He was helpful and welcoming. The work ethic of Tony really displays the type of atmosphere that Hilton - Indianapolis wants to provide and he definitely help put Hilton at the top of my list for hotel choices when stay in Indianapolis.
