Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jasper

2nd time staying here. 1st time was ok - very much a budget hotel that you pay too much for but it was ok. 2nd time - yuck! Hotel is dirty, windows don’t stop any road noise. Moisture on the walls and the room smells musty. I would recommend looking at other hotels in the area.

The hotel has too many nasty smells, very weird service, Never again and don’t recommend

My family stayed here for 3 days. I do a lot of traveling for work, and this hotel had 2 of the best front desk agents I have ever met and, unfortunately, 1 of the worst. Amy, on 2nd shift, was doing it all. She could've really used some help, yet she held together very well. She could really teach the 1st shift girl, didn't catch her name because she was never around, something about what it takes to be a great front desk person. She was far from hospitable. Seemed very put out when requesting anything from her. Night auditor Charlie was just an all-around hard worker. My kids loved him! This review gets 5 stars for those 2 employees. The hotel was in really bad shape and smelled. Bad. I would never stay here again.
