0/5 Stars – Do Not Recommend Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room felt damp and had a constant wet, musty smell. To make matters worse, the bathroom has no ventilation, so every shower turned it into a steam room. Our first room had a bathtub that wouldn’t drain. Instead of immediately offering to move us to another room, the front desk asked if we could wait until the following morning for maintenance. That wasn’t an acceptable solution, especially when we were paying to stay there. Another major disappointment was housekeeping. Rooms are not serviced daily or even upon request. We were told housekeeping only services rooms after seven days of staying or upon checkout, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also very underwhelming, with limited, unappealing options. While in the lobby, I overheard multiple other guests complaining about their rooms and requesting room changes, so our experience clearly wasn’t an isolated incident. Overall, this hotel did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or customer service. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

The manager, Sonia Barsa, of this facility subiected me and my guest to severe verbal rudeness. A manager's primary role is to ensure guest satisfaction and handle conflicts with composure. The behavior I experienced falls far short of acceptable consumer hospitality standards. As a result of this experience, I'll not be staying at this establishment again, and will file my complaint with the Indiana Attorney Gereral Consumer Protection Division.
